was established in 2004 as a means of providing home furnishings and décor to both investors and homemakers.  Our furnishing packages are designed to accommodate all budgets and desired furnishing styles.
     If the property is an investment , it needs to sell itself by appearing desirable and suitable to prospective tenants.  The other important factor is durability of the furnishings as we understand that owners do not want to find themselves replacing furniture items or linen every year or two.  The majority of the furnishings CMS use are designed to withstand the hardest wearing of tenants.  We look to provide hardwearing wooden furniture, wrought iron and glass and generally items that will look good and still be popular in 10-15 years time.
     Alternatively, if the property has been purchased to be a main or second home, owners will similarly require durability but also a certain look and feel to a home.  For this reason, we refuse to compromise on the visual impact of your furniture.
